What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can urgently review the matter for you!
How do I request a return?
Requesting a return is really easy! Simply email email@example.com. Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, we recommend using a registered post service to return goods.
What is your returns policy?
Cases We Love will happily accept a return within 27 days from receiving your order.The item must be in original condition. Cases We Love offers a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on items.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email within 1-2 working days, containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order!
