RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR CASES WE LOVE?
We can accept a return for an exchange or a full refund if the following requirements are met:
• The items are returned within 27 days of you receiving them
• The items must be in original condition
• Items must not have been used
ARE RETURNS FREE?
When returning an item we will refund the case and the original shipping cost. We don't cover the shipping cost of returning items.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
You just send an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you all the details you need!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 1-5 days to be able to process your return.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately, we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
